About Conference

Education plays an extremely important role in promoting human as well as societal well-being and in developing India as envisioned in its Constitution – a democratic, socially conscious, cultured, and humane nation upholding liberty, equality, fraternity, and justice for all. Education significantly contributes towards sustainable livelihoods and economic development of the nation. As many countries like India is moving towards becoming a knowledge economy and society, more and more Indians are likely to aspire for education. So, it is felt that the Management in Education for Global Leadership is the need of the hour. The global challenges can be overcome through complete overhauling and re-energizing of the education system and thereby deliver high-quality education, with equity and inclusion. Also, it is possible by collaborations and conducting researches at global level.
The 21st Century education aims to develop good, thoughtful, well-rounded, and creative individuals. The purpose of quality education is, therefore, more than the creation of greater opportunities for individual all-round development and employment. The education system must represent the key to more vibrant, socially engaged, cooperative communities and a happier, cohesive, cultured, productive, innovative, progressive, and prosperous nation.
Therefore, there is a need to examine the challenges and complexities present in improvising the learning process in education programs at different levels. The aim of this conference is to highlight the real-life experiences, theoretical concepts, and practical applications within the field, as well as the role of information technologies in management of education and training programs. Considering also that future advances and research will affect knowledge domain centrally, the world and individual countries are getting ready to strengthen the system of education and to adopt strategies that will provide new dimensions to the delivery system that will help change society and prepare teachers and students to shoulder the heavy responsibilities of a difficult but fascinating future.
